Another group are many of the 2 wheelers, mainly cyclist & electric cyclist. They terrorised pedestrians on the pedestrian's walkway, zipping along HDB void deck corridors and using any accessible way possible as if they are pedestrian..............a reckless pedestrian, that is! |
Cyclist! Always keep a lookout for those speeding behind you! Generally, most would sound a bell while approaching.
However, we encounted several instances where cyclist would just zipped by very quickly leaving you very little time to react to their approach.
It would be disastrous if they lose control of their bicycle at that speed! _________________

Sometime we must also hear from the driver side of the story too before making comments and Shame the drivers or owners of that vehicle _________________

... but hor, what if we encounter idiotic pedestrian that walk like their grandfather owns the road... typically these are the mobile warrior, with ear phone clearly plugged and all they bother is what they are 'typing' on their phone
... or the kind that is half wake up, don't even see there are cars nearby
... i'm speaking from both as a pedestrian & a driver myself, and I've met equal number of barbaric driver & idiotic pedestrian... remember... the life is yours, be it driving or walking, watch out for each other and don't take for granted that you'll be safe all the time, regardless of who is right or wrong, it is your own life |

Suddenly, a weekend plate SUV sped towards us at high speed, wanting to turn into the backlane of the polyclinic and HONK at us before coming to a halt!
The car honk was SO LOUD it frightened my baby and was scared to tears in the pram. The car was just barely five meters from us!
This driver had the cheek to lower its window and scolded us for blocking his way! He even came out of his car and exploded a string of expletives (mother father stuff!). We told him to go to the nearby police post since he was very unhappy but he sped off instead.
Supposedly to avoid a summon. This 1.7m tall, fat and bespectacled man seems to be running away from the police for parking along the main road at the nearby kopitiam square.
I urge all mothers to be alert of such reckless and unruly driver of this car plate 6516. |
Another OPC. |
